The 2026 Oklahoma State Fair rolls into Oklahoma City Sept. 17-27 with its biggest lineup yet, headlined by a full slate of events celebrating Route 66’s 100th anniversary. New entertainment spans from Ultimate Bullfighters and Wildcatters vs. The World bull riding to a hypnosis show and live pro wrestling, giving fairgoers something new at every turn.
The Route 66 Family Fun Zone brings a virtual road trip and themed mini golf to the Bennett Event Center, while a centennial parade, Film Friday, and a Route 66-themed Christmas ornament contest round out the celebration. Thrill-seekers can also take in the fairgrounds from 230 feet up on the America 250 Wheel, billed as the world’s largest portable observation wheel. New creative arts and livestock competitions, including a Rabbit Show and the Oklahoma Horizon Horse Show, add even more to the ten-day run. Whether you’re chasing nostalgia or just the funnel cake, this year’s fair has a reason to show up nearly every day.
