New data shows Oklahoma County is home to more than 142,000 renter households, with the typical monthly rent at $1,143. While eviction filings continue across the metro, they are heavily concentrated, with nearly 44% of all cases coming from just 100 apartment communities.
The report also highlights that eviction activity is not evenly spread across the city, with certain neighborhoods experiencing much higher filing rates than others.
